Russian performers no longer give a damn what lists they are on in Ukraine - no one wants to go there
Threats from Ukrainian officials not to allow Russian performers from the so-called “black list” to participate in Eurovision 2107 are of little concern to singers from Russia, writes the Kiev weekly “2000”, pointing out that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin proposed sending the group leader to Kyiv “Leningrad” by Sergei Shnurov.

“By the way, although Shnurov is quite oppositional (or simply free) towards the Russian authorities, this does not mean that he really wants to go to Kyiv,” the publication notes. – For example, at the popular Sziget festival, he refused to wave a Ukrainian flag that was thrown onto the stage, saying “I’m from another country!” And Zemfira, having taken this flag once, then faced serious criticism and the next time she swore at those who tried to force her into politics with the help of the same yellow-blue banner.”
“It is worth remembering the Crimean-Moscow group “Underwood”, which also has moderate pro-Ukrainian views, there is even a song about Taras Shevchenko, not to mention the hit “Tell me, whose Crimea?” – these musicians were also allowed into the country with problems. Accordingly, our leaders can proudly compile lists of Russian cultural figures whom they will not allow in, but they are not going anywhere, and no longer want to be either on the “black” or “white” lists of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine (and the SBU). And this, of course, is another “victory” for us,” “2000” summarizes.
