Both our former compatriots who live in Germany and native Germans come here.
50-year-old Larisa, a resident of the “Russian” district of Lichtenberg, says that she came here at the behest of her heart, she does not want to be photographed or give interviews. “I don’t want to make any statements, today we are simply mourning together with all the Russian people,” says Larisa.
30-year-old Ulrika, a resident of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia, is in Berlin on a business trip: “I’m very sorry for the children and all the passengers, this is a great grief, our thoughts are now with the Russians and, especially, with the family members of the victims.” Ulrika and her colleagues brought a children's toy and several candles. “May their souls rest in peace,” Ulrika says.
