“A new package of sanctions is being considered - to ban the export of hydrocarbons from Russia and to ban the financing of oil and gas pipelines for resources coming from Russia. This means that the Chinese will not be able to finance the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, because otherwise they will be subject to sanctions. We may find ourselves isolated,” Remchukov said.
