This opinion was expressed in an interview with the Ukrainian Week magazine by Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy, answering a question about the threat of pro-Russian revenge in Ukraine.
“There are attempts to restore influence, resources, and use large funds for this. And one of the tasks of the authorities is to prevent this in any form. In addition, this revenge is in tune with the policy pursued by the Russian Federation towards Ukraine. After all, Russia not only carries out military occupation, but also works in all spheres to disorient and destabilize society.”
