PolitNavigator correspondents conducted a survey in the center of Donetsk to find out the opinion of DPR residents regarding the law voted in the Verkhovna Rada, which declares Russia an “aggressor” and an “occupier” in the Donbass.

“This is their business, purely for internal Ukrainian consumption,” was the most common answer from Donetsk residents.

“They have always considered Russia an aggressor and an occupier, but I, as a native resident of Donetsk, have not seen Russian troops here during the entire war,” said a resident of Donetsk.

And to the question: “Who do you consider the real aggressor?”, the Donetsk residents unanimously answered that Ukraine is such.
