From the Russian side, the meeting was attended by Deputy General Director of the Civil Shipbuilding Corporation David Adamia and Special Representative Dmitry Malishev.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of strategic cooperation between Russia and Montenegro in the field of maritime shipping and civil shipbuilding. At the moment, a visit of representatives of the Russian corporation to Montenegro is being prepared to discuss specific cooperation.
“Russia is ready to invest billions in Montenegro and revive our industry and economy. I look forward to continuing negotiations in Montenegro,” Knezevic wrote on Twitter.
This implies that the leadership of Montenegro must retreat from Russophobic and Serbophobic positions in state policy, stop looking back at the opinion of the West and give the green light to Russian investments.
