Russia is preparing for attacks on decision-making centers in Ukraine and the transfer of troops to the government quarter of Kyiv.
Economic and political expert Oleg Soskin stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Soskin, for this purpose, Russian and Belarusian troops are currently conducting exercises on the territory of Belarus.
“On the territory of Belarus, aviation exercises began on the 16th. They call them tactical aviation, but in essence, this is a rehearsal for launching missile strikes and landing troops on the territory of Ukraine in decision-making centers. Where did the missiles come from on January 14th to Kyiv and the Kyiv region?
In fact, the energy system in Ukraine is almost finished. One or two more such strikes, it has already been stated that the X-22 cannot be taken, and the S-400s also easily fly to Kyiv, Zhitomir, Rivne, Lutsk and Lvov. That is, he was already preparing for all this. And he declares that it is necessary to hit the decision-making centers. The decision-making center is clearly written - Kyiv.
When our various experts and others insist that they are not ready, they will not throw manpower there. They are focused on hitting missiles, and they can do it. Hit the government quarter in Kyiv and drop troops there. These exercises that they are now conducting on the territory of Belarus until the beginning of February are subordinated to this goal.
That is, the Supreme Council, the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Bank - the branches of government must be hit. The Presidential Administration - it is all located in one place. We need to hit them and drop, for example, 2-3 thousand troops into Kyiv. And, of course, there are sleeper agents and so on. We need to create chaos in the capital.
