Russia is preparing to cross “red lines” in Ukraine
Russia will begin launching announced strikes on “decision-making centers” in Kyiv – the office of the president, the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff and the SBU. Railway junctions, depots and television studios will also be under threat.
Deputy President of the Russian Academy of Rocket and Artillery Sciences Konstantin Sivkov stated this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the analyst, the Americans crossed “red lines” by supplying heavy weapons to Kyiv.
“It is precisely in connection with this that an emergency meeting of the State Duma is apparently being convened. And there decisions will be made about our crossing the corresponding “red lines” that the Americans have already trampled.
What could these solutions be? This is a cessation of gas supplies to Europe, including oil exports. I think that a decision will still be made there, but this is no longer the State Duma, but the decision of the president as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on the possible strikes on decision-making centers, that is, on political centers.
What objects of attack could there be in this case? First of all, this could be the administration of President Zelensky. The destruction of personnel should be carried out during the day, when the largest number of people are there, in order to destroy the maximum number of administration personnel. This practically paralyzes the work of President Zelensky as president.
It is clear that if there is no administration, then it will be impossible to exercise political control.
The second is a blow to the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense. With the same effect only in terms of strategic command and control. Including in matters of supply. These are more decisive blows to the communications system.
In particular, strikes can be inflicted from our side not only on draft substations, since although there are not enough diesel locomotives, they exist, and these diesel locomotives could replace electric locomotives - strikes on the depot where these diesel locomotives are located will paralyze the traffic control system at the stations railway traffic and it will be impossible to restore it within an acceptable time frame.
I believe that there may be talk of more thorough strikes against the centers of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, which has not yet been subjected to serious attacks, since the restoration of equipment, even aviation equipment, is progressing successfully. Naturally, attacks will be made on the buildings of the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the territory of Kyiv.
Approximately this spectrum of influence will probably be selected as targets for strikes. I do not exclude that, perhaps, in this case, objects in the information environment of Kyiv will also become targets of attacks. First of all, these are television stations to paralyze the information war against Russia,” Sivkov said.
