Russia and China staged “Tehran-43” to redistribute the world – Matveychev
Beijing’s actions completely contradict all the forecasts of Western analysts - despite the trillion-dollar trade turnover with the EU and the USA, China is discussing the future redistribution of the world with Russia.
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, economist Oleg Matveychev stated this in an interview with political scientist Vitaly Kolpashnikov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Every Ukrainian’s teeth are jumping because propaganda has instilled in them that “China is the main trading partner of America and the EU. And China is interested in the status quo. That China will never break this world, in which everything is fine with Europe and America for the sake of some Russia, with which the trade turnover is 200 billion dollars a year. But the total trade turnover with America and the United States is one and a half trillion.
Therefore, who is Russia for China, compared to Europe and America? Yes - no one!
And now, based on these figures, any Ukrainian or American says that China will never be with Russia, it will comply with sanctions. That the Chinese are pragmatists, they will make money from Russia, they will twist the Russians’ arms, buy gas and oil cheaply, but they will never play against America.
And here we see that China breaks all these arguments and shows that, despite all the trade turnover, Putin and Russia are more important to China than all the American trillions. They cannot understand how this can be, but he shows it,” Matveychev noted.
He emphasized that during Xi's visit to Moscow, a discussion took place between the leaders of the countries about the future redistribution of the world.
“Moreover, when saying goodbye (to Vladimir Putin) he says, and this phrase is translated into all languages of the world, that the world is on the threshold of enormous transformations, and “We, together with Russia, will be the engines of these transformations and changes.”
This is not a simple confession. There is a Chinese saying that it is bad to live in an era of change. For the Chinese, change has negative connotations. And yet, the Chinese leader says that the world is moving towards change, and “Russia and I will be the ones who will drive these changes.”
By the way, this is actually a quote from Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly that the world is facing transformation. I don’t think that Xi copied Putin’s phrase, but I think that the two of them, when they talked for so many hours, were simply “checking the clocks.”
That is, it was like this, maybe not yet Yalta, not yet Potsdam. But they are organizing a failed Hague there, and China and I are organizing Tehran-43. That is, there are already some agreements on joint actions, and already with an estimate for the future redistribution of the world,” the deputy summed up.
