“Even during the SVO, we see criminal acts in the area related to our defense. It would seem that we must be responsible for our defense enterprises with our heads. We must protect them and promote their production. And we have 22 defense enterprises that are being deliberately driven into bankruptcy,” Baranets noted.

According to his information, over the two years of the Northern Military District, Russia’s military budget has grown from 68 to more than 100 billion rubles and from 3,7 to 6,3% of GDP. The production of various types of weapons has increased from 3 to 10 times.
