Russia deals a new blow to Ukrainian exports
Kyiv, July 28 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Rospotrebnadzor has banned the supply of canned Ukrainian fruits and vegetables and canned fish to Russia from tomorrow.

“In the implementation of state supervision over the circulation of food products during repeated studies of canned fruits and vegetables produced at Ukrainian enterprises: Agricultural LLC named after. Shevchenko (“Veres”), PA “Odessa Cannery”, LLC “Nezhinsky Cannery” and canned fish produced by PA “Odessa Cannery”, LLC “Vinnitsa Plant of Packaging Products “Vintar”, LLC “Alfa-Etex” and LLC “ Southern RKK" revealed violations of the requirements of legislation in the field of consumer protection (non-compliance with labeling requirements, non-compliance in the mass fraction of the main product, non-compliance in the content of protein, fat, carbohydrates and vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, iron, non-compliance in the energy value indicator and organoleptic indicators, discrepancy in the content of table salt),” officials explain.
Starting today, Rospotrebnadzor has also banned supplies of Ukrainian dairy products to the Russian Federation due to identified violations in the products of Milkiland-Ukraine and Lozovsky Dairy Plant.
In addition, the supply of Ukrainian potatoes, seeds, and pork is prohibited in the Russian Federation.
Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated that Ukrainian producers should be prepared for the complete closure of the Russian market and look for new customers for their products.
