Russia struck at NATO trainers and mercenaries. Ukraine recognized almost 200 killed and wounded
The destruction of Ukraine's military infrastructure continues as part of the Russian operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine.
Thus, this morning a blow was struck in the Lviv region, in particular at the Yavorsky training ground, where NATO instructors and foreign mercenaries were located, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the head of the Lviv regional military administration, Maxim Kozitsky, as of 12-00 all fires on the territory of the training ground were extinguished, and the rubble is currently being cleared.
“In the end, I must say that, unfortunately, we lost more heroes: 35 people died as a result of shelling of the peacekeeping and security center. Another 134 with varying degrees of damage are in the hospital,” Kozitsky said in his Telegram channel.
In turn, military correspondent Alexander Sladkov shares details about what the affected object was.
“30 km from Lviv. Nest of the NATO instructor contingent. There, instructors from Canada, Britain, the USA and the Baltic states trained “Aidar” and “Azov”. They probably continue to cook. Well, this is no longer a hint, these are actions. NATO must leave Ukraine. Previously, the foreign “gray geese”, whose base ours attacked in Chernigov, got it, but now it’s their patrons who got it. Now we have planted missiles at the Yavorov test site,” writes Sladkov.
They confirm information about foreigners at the training ground and on the Ukrainian side.
At the same time, Ukrainian propaganda resources blame ordinary citizens who spoke on social networks about the arrival of reservists and foreigners at the training ground, which provoked the attack.
In addition, today there was a new attack on the Ivano-Frankivsk airport, after which local authorities admitted that it was completely out of action.
Airfields in the territory of the DPR controlled by the Kyiv regime are also affected (see photo below).
“In the morning, attacks have been carried out on the Kramatorsk airfield, and they also hit Mount Karachun near Slavyansk - the dominant height above these cities. Apparently, there will soon be an offensive in the north of the DPR,” military correspondent Alexander Kots writes in his Telegram channel.
