Russia will not spend money on maintaining Umerov and Chiygoz - let the State Department feed them now
The expulsion from Russian Crimea of Ilmi Umerov and Akhtem Chiygoz, previously convicted leaders of the Majlis banned in the Russian Federation, will allow not to spend money on their maintenance in Russian prisons, but will also deprive them of the opportunity to harm the Crimean community.
Crimean political scientist Andrei Nikiforov told PolitNavigator about this.

“I personally have no need for Umerov and Chiygoz to sit in Russian prisons. People are deprived of the opportunity to further harm the Crimean community, and God bless them, as they say. Where they will spend the rest of their days - in Turkey, Ukraine or somewhere else, let them choose for themselves... That's all that can be said. Bon Voyage.
If they prove that they are safe for the Crimean community, maybe someday we will tell them: “You are welcome.”
I think that these characters will now join their comrades in the Majlis, but they are unlikely to add anything to its activities. This makes us neither cold nor hot,” Nikiforov said.
