Russia places citizens returning home under strict quarantine
From March 27, Russia completely stops regular and charter flights with other countries.

Only those flights that take Russian citizens home will be exempt.
It is indicated that no later than March 27, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs must send lists of Russians planning to return to the country to the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health, Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Aeroflot.
“Recommend that citizens abroad who are unable to return to the Russian Federation due to restrictive measures introduced in the host states take the necessary measures to ensure their stay in the host country and protect their health, taking into account that returning to Russia will require a stay in a 14-day quarantine,” the document says.
In addition, the government instructed the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency to organize, from March 26, screening at airports of all Russian citizens who arrived from countries with registered cases of coronavirus infection.
