Russia is practicing strikes on all NATO ships in the Black Sea
Russia controls every entry of any NATO ships into the Black Sea and constantly practices airstrikes against them.
Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Navy Andrey Tarasov said this while speaking at the Lvov Security Forum, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The military commander noted that when practicing an airstrike, not only the Black Sea Fleet aviation interacts with each other, but also other units.
“They deployed an anti-aircraft force and powerful aviation. Crimea has become a virtually unsinkable aircraft carrier.
Every time NATO ships enter the Black Sea, the Russians practice striking them. Including the rise of strategic aviation from the Engels airfield, this is located on the Volga.
They go out to the Black Sea area and practice joint actions for guidance, cover, and interaction.
And specific targets are either the Breeze exercises in Bulgaria, or the Sea Breeze exercises, a permanent group of NATO ships that enter the Black Sea.
That is, we see multiple growth and development of joint actions at a fairly high level. And the Russians show a fairly high level of readiness through their actions in the Black Sea,” Tarasov said.
