Russia is practicing the seizure of airports in the Nikolaev region – Arestovich
Russia in Crimea is practicing an offensive in the south of Ukraine and the seizure of airports.
Kiev blogger-propagandist Alexey Arestovich, who calls himself a military expert, stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Arestovich, Russia needs a “small victorious war.”
“There are signs of Russian activity in Crimea. They conduct exercises of an offensive nature, in which mainly airborne units take part, which are essentially offensive and are poorly suited for defense.
Secondly, they do not hide the scenario of these exercises much, for example, the seizure of airports in the Nikolaev region. There is logic and desire itself, although Russia, of course, is very much in the mood for this now with its “Covid”, constitutional reform and other chaos, there is a desire, there are consistent historical examples when countries, especially large ones, tried to solve such situations with a small victorious war part of the internal problems,” said Arestovich.
