According to him, the Ukrainian president is a figurehead and he receives all instructions in real time from the United States.
“Through our operational data and electronic intelligence means, we know that Poroshenko, naturally, is not an independent figure. In real time, every day he consults with certain employees of both the US CIA and embassy representatives. We know what strings and how everything pulls,” Dorokhin said.
