Russia handed over to the DPR vehicles for the Ministry of Emergency Situations and ambulances
The public organization “All-Russian Union of Rescuers” donated two medical aid vehicles and a fire department vehicle to the Donbass republics for the DPR.

He also told how Russian rescuers helped organize a CrossFit competition in Donetsk, in which athletes from Serbia took part. In addition, the Union organized the distribution of gifts to veterans and recreation for Donbass children at the “Future of Russia” camp in the Rostov region.
“We have experienced firsthand who does not comply with the Minsk agreements. On the night of 9/10, the Ukrainian military “congratulated” Donetsk with shelling, and the windows in our hotel were shaking. Therefore, criticism against Russia does not stand up to criticism,” Mamedov said.
The chairman of the committee, Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council Yuri Vorobyov, believes that the main proof that Russia is contributing to the implementation of the Minsk agreements is the assistance that all regions of the Russian Federation provide to Donbass.
“This suggests that Russia really helps and supports the people of Donbass in this difficult situation. The accusations that we periodically hear about the fact that the Minsk agreements are not being implemented allegedly because of Russia crumble in the face of information about the work that our regions are carrying out,” Vorobiev said.
