The head of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Vladimir Kornilov, reported this on his Facebook page.
"Congratulations, dear! Russia has won again! This time in Catalonia. At least that's what the Washington Post reports. Moreover, this was published as the official opinion of the editors. Well, not a day without a victory! No matter what happens in the world, Russia will definitely win…” the political scientist wrote.
