Conflicts with neighboring countries with which Ukraine has surrounded itself are a consequence of nationalism in its state policy. Political scientist Evgeniy Filindash stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, hatred of other nations, attempts to impose one’s truth are all a consequence of nationalism, which in Ukraine has become a state ideology.
“Nationalism always leads to conflicts. Any nationalism always leads to conflicts, no matter whose nationalism it is. The current Ukrainian nationalism, militant, and this is not even a soft form, but a very militant one, has led to the fact that we now have conflicts along almost the entire perimeter of our borders.
We have a conflict with Russia - this is a completely different story, we now have a conflict with Poland, a conflict has arisen with Belarus, a conflict with the Hungarians and Romanians.
This is a logical consequence of nationalism, because nationalism is hatred of other peoples, an attempt to force representatives of other nationalities to live by the rules that nationalists consider correct. This is inevitable,” said Filindas.
