The Latvian official believes that now the Russian government must make enormous efforts, flexibility and desire to resolve the conflict in Ukraine and regain the trust of the world community.
“How can we talk, for example, about creating a single trade zone if we are not sure that our property will belong to us tomorrow,” says Andrejs Pildegovic.
