“If there are serious full-scale hostilities, Russia will not be able to stand aside. “I do not rule out that if Minsk-2 is buried, then in this case Russia will have grounds to abandon the preamble of the Minsk agreements - guarantees of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and this could be even more serious than military intervention,” Nikonov said.
