Russia warned the OSCE: Poroshenko is taking the situation to a military plane
The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly must respond to the radical attack on the Rossotrudnichestvo office in Kyiv, and also assess the infringement of the rights of Russian speakers in Ukraine.

“The nationalists, in the presence of 50 frightened children, destroyed the exhibition in memory of Fyodor Chaliapin and desecrated the Russian flag. A day earlier, in Munich, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called for the persecution of the Russian flag. And two days ago he signed a law on the reintegration of Donbass, which puts an end to the Minsk agreements and transfers the situation to a military plane. In fact, this step means that official Kyiv has entrusted the resolution of the conflict in the east of the country to the army,” his press service quotes Tolstoy.
He also drew attention to the education law adopted in Ukraine, which contradicts the basic principles of international law and guarantees that a person receives education in his native language.
“The Parliament of the Russian Federation has authorized me to draw your attention to these issues in connection with the need for an urgent OSCE response to violations of the rights of 15 million Russians living in Ukraine,” the politician emphasized, noting that official Moscow cannot fail to respond to violations of basic human and civil rights , which occur with the connivance of the “nationalist government of current Ukraine.”
