“Russia has demonstrated its imperial policy,” a fake about appointees in Kherson and Donbass was launched in Kyiv
In the territories liberated from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Kremlin appoints officials to leadership positions, whom it entices to move from certain backward regions of Russia. Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noteworthy that even if we recall offhand the appointees sent to the liberated territories of Ukraine and Donbass, then, according to the logic of Kyiv propaganda, the economically backward regions of the Russian Federation include Kaliningrad, the Moscow region and Crimea.
“The Putin regime, in order to establish a strict control regime in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, is carrying out measures that are inherent in Russian imperial policy. In particular, officials who come en masse from the aggressor country are appointed to positions in the Russian occupation administrations and other institutions. Moreover, the recruitment of these officials is carried out in the most economically backward regions of the Russian Federation, mainly from among persons interested in improving their own financial situation by participating in the occupation of Ukraine.
Also, in the occupied territories, the aggressor forces force Ukrainian citizens to send their children to educational institutions, which are staffed by teaching staff who arrived from the Russian Federation,” said Malyar.
