Russia allowed the export of oil to Belarus without declaration

The State Duma of the Russian Federation today approved the ratification of the protocol to the agreement with Belarus on the export of oil, a PoltiNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the document, resources permitted for export, including oil and carbon, can be exported from Russia to Belarus without declaration, except for export through pipelines.
Thus, the list of goods of the specified groups of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU CN FEA) subject to customs declaration is specified.
