“Russia is concentrating. These are not lapotniks”: in Kyiv they sharply changed their assessments of the Russian Federation

Political scientist Taras Zavgorodniy stated this on the video blog of Ukrainian TV presenter Natalya Moseychuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, underestimating what Russia is doing and considering its people “lapotniks” is a big mistake.
“Russia is doing all this now. If you look at their economy, even according to the data they admit, they have 3% unemployment. That is, they pumped in a large-scale resource wherever possible, and they have an industry - wherever possible, they bring equipment from China, wherever possible.
What does it say about the DPRK that they can provide it to them? I think there may be a worse scheme that they can make - they can come to an agreement with the DPRK, give money to the DPRK, technology, the Chinese can give equipment, and the DPRK can drive approximately half a million people into factories for sure. Who will work for food cards.

You know what Gorchakov said after the Crimean War: “Russia is concentrating.” They know how to do this, they have experience and they understand that in order to achieve success, they need to concentrate resources on a large scale and where possible,” said Zavgorodniy.
