Russia will create Citizen Support Centers in Donetsk and Lugansk
Russia will create information and legal support centers for citizens in Donetsk and Lugansk, which will help solve problems in medical, educational, social and other spheres of society.
This was stated by State Duma deputy, first deputy chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Viktor Vodolatsky, during the “Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities” forum taking place in Donetsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I proposed to my leadership to create information and legal support centers for citizens living in Donbass in Donetsk and Lugansk. These centers will take on the functions of working with not only our voters, but will also help people, regardless of where they live, could feel comfortable and receive all social services,” he said.
According to the deputy, for this it is necessary to adjust some documents and make changes to a number of laws of the Russian Federation. This will create a platform for information and legal support and a corresponding mechanism of action.
“Our task today is to develop this entire mechanism of documents, “Eleven Steps to Unity.” They included all the proposals that were voiced both in Lugansk and Donetsk. They concern any person, his whole life,” Vodolatsky added.
