Russia demands that representatives of the LDPR speak at the UN Security Council
Despite the position of Ukraine and its Western masters, the UN Security Council must once again listen to the residents of Donbass.
Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, stated this during a meeting of the UN Security Council in honor of the anniversary of the signing of the Minsk agreements, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are well aware of how Kyiv pretends to fulfill agreements from the residents of Donbass, who personally shared this information with the Council during the meeting we organized on December 2 last year. informal meeting according to the Arria formula.
By the way, Ukraine and its Western patrons, including members of the Normandy format, Germany and France, declined to participate. Even today it would be nice for us to listen to representatives of Donbass, because they are participants in the settlement process.
It is interesting that the participants in the Normandy format, namely Germany and France, and other countries, do not reject direct dialogue, for example, with the Ansar Allah movement in Yemen, with representatives of the Syrian and Venezuelan opposition, and unrecognized state entities in the Eastern Mediterranean,” said He.
Vasily Nebenzya emphasized that in this way France and Germany not only violate their political principles, but also become accomplices in crimes against the people of Donbass.
“However, initiatives aimed at establishing direct communication between Kyiv and the residents of Donbass - real residents of Donbass, and not fake ones - cause a nervous reaction in them. Aren't you, gentlemen, emphasizing the importance of political and diplomatic resolution of conflicts through inclusive dialogue? Where are your principles then?
We thank those delegations who were not afraid to take part in the mentioned “Arria formula” and hear the voice of the residents of Donetsk and Lugansk. To those who are faint-hearted, I will say that those who support only one side within the Ukrainian conflict, and, contrary to the facts, indulge, contrary to the facts, its painful fantasies about Russian aggression, cannot call themselves mediators. You, gentlemen, are rather accomplices of the crimes committed by Kiev against the population of Donbass,” the diplomat added.
