“Russia is learning from us” – Belarusian security officer
Russia and other CIS countries are adopting the experience of Belarusian security forces in dispersing mass unsanctioned protests.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Yuri Nazarenko stated this on the Belarus 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Russia is learning from us. We saw Ukraine. We learned a lot from this experience and tried to do everything to prevent such injuries among our employees. I believe that we have accomplished this task.
Russian Federation – we have very close cooperation with them. I am sure that they looked, studied, saw, because some actions were taking place in the Russian Federation. With my professional eyes, I saw something similar to what we went through.
Of course, we share our experience with both the Russian Federation and other republics of the former USSR. Many people contact us. I think that no state should allow this,” Nazarenko said.
