We are talking about shelling from heavy weapons of civilian infrastructure in the village of Yakovlevka, Yasinovatovsky district, the cities of Yasinovataya and Dokuchaevsk, Petrovsky district of the city of Donetsk in the period from May 1 to May 5. As a result, one civilian was killed and four, including a pregnant woman, were injured.
The RF Investigative Committee saw in these attacks signs of such a crime as the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare.
“In this particular case, not only those who directly carried out criminal orders will be identified, but also the officials who gave them, just as dozens of military personnel who have already been prosecuted in previously initiated criminal cases will be identified,” the statement says.
