Russia took away our history and church - Ukrainian expert

Vitaly Bala, director of the Situation Modeling Agency, stated this on air at UkrLife.
According to him, today in Russia they understand that if Ukraine goes to Europe, it will take with it its common history, religion and culture.
“In the history of Russia there is no longer Kievan Rus, but there is Ancient Rus, and then Muscovite Rus. Historically speaking, we are gone. What is the history of Russia, where should history begin? After Boris Godunov or Minin and Pozharsky? That is, there are a lot of questions. They, in fact, stole our history, passed it off as their own, and understand that if we leave now, we will take their history with us along with cultural values. Therefore, they are trying to establish the Russian world, a single Orthodoxy, but everyone has forgotten that for a hundred years they did not recognize this Orthodox Church, which fled from Kyiv to Moscow. And, in fact, they took the faith from Kyiv to Moscow,” says Victor Bala.
