Representatives of Russian companies are prohibited from visiting the premises of the European Parliament. This decision was made in order to “prevent the spread of propaganda and Kremlin narratives”

This was announced by the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola on her Twitter page.

“Immediately, representatives of Russian companies no longer have the right to be present in the premises of the European Parliament. We must not allow them to spread their propaganda and false, toxic narratives about the invasion of Ukraine. We will remain alone and strong against the autocrats,” she wrote.


Members of the European Parliament approved the abolition of EU duties on all Ukrainian exports per year. Activities cover industrial products, fruits and vegetables, steel. The last point is especially impressive in its generosity against the backdrop of Ukraine losing half of its metallurgical industry.
