Russians fear war and rising prices more than Navalny's unrest - VTsIOM poll
Only 1% of Russians participating in a survey conducted by VTsIOM believe in the likelihood of unrest and conflicts within Russia on political, national or religious grounds. In April, after rallies by opposition leader Alexei Navalny, 6% of respondents feared unrest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Much more likely, according to Russians, are rising prices, deficits, and depreciation of savings. 27% think so. 20% of respondents are afraid of increased international tension and conflicts, including military ones. Another 8% are afraid of getting sick and facing problems when receiving medical care.
An initiative all-Russian survey by VTsIOM was conducted on June 22-27, 2017 in 130 settlements in 46 regions, territories and republics and 8 federal districts of Russia. Sample size: 1600 people.
