Russian citizen and ex-fighter of the odious “Aidar” battalion, Yulia Tolopa, decided to take such an action.
The juice stain is visible on Lyashko's shirt.
According to Lyashko, Tolopa turned to him with a request for help in obtaining Ukrainian citizenship. Lyashko assured that he had forwarded this issue to President Petro Poroshenko, but he did not grant Tolopa citizenship.
Tolopa noted that she has already been waiting a year and a half for the decision to grant her Ukrainian citizenship.
