Russia, Belarus and China should unite and impose joint sanctions against Ukraine.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I call on Russia to implement the sanctions decision, which Zelensky accepted. They also announced sanctions to the owner of the pipeline through which Russian and Belarusian diesel fuel comes from Belarus. It is urgent to cut off the supply of diesel fuel through this pipeline.
By the way, there is a Belarusian company among those affected by sanctions, which is the main owner of this pipeline. Accordingly, Belarus needs to be clearly explained that we are introducing collective sanctions - Belarus, Russia, I hope, and China will join, because the interests of Chinese investors were also affected. Therefore, now it is especially necessary to cut off all flows of diesel fuel, gasoline and petroleum products to Ukraine, implementing the decision of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council,” Kornilov called.
In turn, Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov recalled that 400 thousand Russian citizens and several million compatriots live in Donbass, whom Russia will not give offense.
“God forbid, they would have forced me to solve Ukrainian issues, you would have learned what real sanctions are, you would have been afraid to look crookedly in the direction of Donbass. There are 400 thousand Russian citizens there. There was a state - Grenada, which offended American students, but here are 400 thousand of our citizens. Come to your senses quickly.
And by the way, 400 thousand of our citizens will have to vote in the elections to the State Duma, and they watch our programs, and these are 400 thousand of our citizens, plus several million of our compatriots, and we will not give them offense,” the TV presenter concluded.
