Russia was deprived of its voice in PACE, Klitschko thanks the “Young Europeans” and criticizes France and Germany

Kyiv, April 10 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Russian delegation, in connection with the events around Crimea, was deprived of the right to vote in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe until 2015.

“145 PACE members supported depriving the Russian delegation of the right to vote in the Assembly until 2015. Russians are also deprived of the right to take part in observation and monitoring missions, in the elections of the governing bodies of the Assembly and judges, and participation in the working bodies of the Assembly. Several votes were not enough to introduce an amendment to completely deprive State Duma members of their powers.
