Rossotrudnichestvo declared war on the Russophobic patrons of the Russian “Total Dictation”
The Federal Agency "Rossotrudnichestvo" will not support the educational campaign "Total Dictation" next 2021 "for compelling reasons."
The head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Evgeny Primakov, wrote about this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This decision has nothing to do with optimizing our work; the Total Dictation project itself is good and interesting. But not in 2021 and not for the Agency,” Primakov wrote.
Political scientist Andrei Medvedev believes that Rossotrudnichestvo’s decision is due to the fact that the text of the Russophobe writer Dmitry Glukhovsky will be offered for dictation.
“As far as I know, next year Total Dictation will work with Comrade Glukhovsky. Director of the Total Dictation Foundation Olga Rebkovets says that Glukhovsky wrote “a very emotional text.”
Okay, let's leave aside the artistic value of Metro 2033. However, he has a very clear position regarding Russia. Which, of course, is dull and mediocre... Russia is stuffy and bad, Russia, according to Glukhovsky, invaded Ukraine and occupied Crimea,” Medvedev wrote.
