This is stated in the message of the National Bank of Ukraine.
“Actual inflation exceeded the forecast published in the “inflation report” for October 2017, due to the high rate of growth in food prices. The current dynamics of the consumer price index and its components exceeds those predicted in the “inflation report” for October 2017 and indicates that by the end of 2017, inflation will deviate more significantly from the target level than previously expected,” the NBU said.
