Rostislav Ishchenko promises civil war in the USA
Serious unrest, threatening to end in a full-fledged civil war, should begin in the United States no earlier than a month later - after the election results are announced and the parties begin to make political statements.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on radio Aurora, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Protests in the United States should begin between the end of voting and the meeting of the Electoral Commission, which will be in December. That is, there will be quite a lot of time to build up. Next there should be some political statements, recognition or non-recognition of the elections, some calls - either to remain calm, or, conversely, to come out and defend your choice, and so on.
And only after this can there be some kind of buildup. Because even if at the last minute politicians come to their senses and do not make radical calls, then this could all end relatively calmly. That is, it is already clear that some radicals will speak out, that this should not just happen, but there is a big difference between even a million-strong demonstration and a civil war,” he said.
According to Rostislav Ishchenko, the actions of the American elites allow us to predict the worst scenario.
“For now there is no need to be particularly optimistic, because the United States has consistently, for a long time, been moving towards this for two decades. And the American elites have always made the worst of all possible choices, including for their country, and ultimately for themselves,” the expert added.
