“We can consider the solution to the Ukrainian problem differently. There are people who say, and I am one of them: we are in no hurry. While there is an opportunity not to fight and get what is due, it is better not to fight and get what is due, because war is a very ruinous and extremely scary undertaking. Sometimes even super-winners suddenly lose in the end,” the expert said.
“Therefore, if it is possible to do so, let’s do so. But no one, in principle, denies that one way or another we will have to do something with Ukraine, decide something. Only the most outspoken idiots say: “We’ll just give up, build a wall, put a fence on the border and forget about it forever.” This is impossible, because the border is here. The discrepancies, moreover, are very grammatical in terms, methods, methods, and so on. But there is still a general understanding that sooner or later, in some way, this problem will have to be solved,” Ishchenko said.
