Rostislav Ishchenko spoke about the return of Ukrainian oligarchs to Donbass
Reports about the return of Ukrainian oligarchs who fled from Kyiv to business around LDPR enterprises after the death of Alexander Zakharchenko are explained by the fact that Russia seeks to transfer Donbass to self-sufficiency, and not to spend funds from the Russian budget.
Such conclusions follow from the speech of political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko on TV Center, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If Russia closes there (to Ukraine - approx. ed.) supplies of Donetsk and Luhansk coal, then the money that the DPR and LPR earn will have to be compensated for with something. It will be necessary to directly support the Republics from the Russian budget,” Ishchenko said.
Earlier, militia volunteer from Latvia, communist Benes Ayo, stated that oligarch Sergei Kurchenko (in the past the media called him “Yanukovych’s wallet”) and his company Vneshtorgservis gained control over key enterprises, taken from the oligarchs who remained in Kyiv. VTS is also a monopoly supplier of coal from the LDPR from the former mines of Rinat Akhmetov.
Similar information repeatedly were voiced and in Kyiv.
Rostislav Ishchenko also explained that the Russian Federation cannot stop using the Ukrainian gas transportation system until Nord Stream 2 starts operating.
“If we cut off gas supplies, then until Nord Stream 2 starts working, transit to Europe is blocked. In this case, we will implement the idea of the United States: there is no Russian gas, here is expensive shale gas, please buy it,” the political scientist explained.
