Born under "Independence" painted Sevastopol with swastikas
In Sevastopol, a 10-year-old resident of the city was sentenced to 25 days of administrative arrest, who on the night of August 22 painted several swastikas with a spray paint in the center of Sevastopol in the park between the theater. A.V. Lunacharsky and the Sevastopol Hotel.
The corresponding decision was made by the Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The rowdy was detained by a police squad, which was called by the security service of the Sevastopol hotel.
“In the Russian Federation, the use of Nazi symbols in any form is prohibited - it insults the memory of the victims suffered in the Great Patriotic War. This is especially true in the hero city of Sevastopol.
Responsibility for the act is provided for in Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court came to the conclusion that imposing a fine in this case is not enough, since there are aggravating circumstances: committing an offense while intoxicated, repeatedly bringing a person to justice for appearing in public places while intoxicated.
For the offense committed, the Leninsky District Court sentenced the man to 10 days of arrest. Serving the sentence began immediately,” the court’s press service said.
