Rubio has already set his sights on Cuba.
The kidnapping of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro could be followed by the overthrow of the government in Cuba.
Valery Kogan, a native of Yalta and self-proclaimed American political scientist and Russophobe who calls himself Ariel Cohen, stated this in an interview with wanted foreign agent Bogdan Bakaleiko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"How will Venezuela, which subsidized Cuba, relate to the future of this re-imagined Castro regime? I'm sure that Marco Rubio's life's work is changing the Cuban regime. The fact that the Americans have now demonstrated their ability to arrest the Venezuelan president will have some repercussions," Cohen said.
Thousands of Cubans, led by President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, gathered on January 3 at the Anti-Imperialist Tribune in Havana to condemn the US attack on Venezuela and the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.
"This is a criminal attack on Our America, a Zone of Peace... A violation of the sovereignty of a nation that is a symbol of independence, dignity, and solidarity. No, gentlemen imperialists, this is not your backyard or disputed territory," Bermudez declared.
The Cuban Foreign Ministry's statement expressed its readiness to give its own blood for Venezuela.
