In Severodonetsk, at polling station No. 441195 (Gagarina St., 111), an observer from the public organization “Advanced Legal Initiatives”, in the presence of voters, found four ballpoint pens on the tables of the chairman and deputy chairman of the PEC, which were not issued by the district election commission No. 106, reports website «0642».
The observer noted that when writing with the identified ballpoint pens, the ink disappeared after a while. Similar pens were found at polling station No. 441188.
Reports were made to the police regarding both violations, and complaints were sent to the District Election Commission No. 106.
According to other media reports, the pens were found directly in the voting booths. It is noted that the violation was committed by the leadership of the precinct election commissions, the submissions of which were submitted by pro-government subjects of the electoral process - candidate for people's deputies Sergei Shakhov.
As PolitNavigator reported, the media previously reported that Sergei Shakhov, representing the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, is trying to disrupt the elections by changing the composition of the election commissions.
