According to Olga Kupchinskaya, inspector for media and public relations at the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine in the Volyn region, the prisoners transferred one month's earnings for a 12-year-old boy with cancer, totaling 2138 hryvnia. They also donated the balances of deposit accounts in the amount of 4508 hryvnia to help military personnel in the ATO zone.

According to the management of the institution, those who transferred money to the ATO work in a brigade for the production of paving stones and show good progress in production: convicts work 40 hours a week, fulfill the production quota and generally fulfill 20-30% of the institution’s monthly production plan.
