“You filed a declaration today, in which you indicated that your monthly salary is 702 thousand hryvnia,” the channel presenter asked for comment.

“This is not entirely true, this is a salary taking into account the tasks set for me at the beginning of December by the supervisory board, which launched its work at the beginning of December,” Gusev replied. – The Supervisory Board set the task for December.

The Supervisory Board is now forming KPIs (Key Performance Indicators - a technology that characterizes “key performance indicators” - ed.), because my salary is formed from several parts. This is direct wages, which amount to 398 thousand hryvnia and for achieving the corresponding indicators.”

“So you have a salary of 400 thousand hryvnias including taxes, plus, in fact, the remaining 300, is this an allowance for something?” – the journalist specified.

“These are really the bonuses that are paid for achieving the goals set by the supervisory board,” admitted the head of Ukroboronprom.

“But last year, it seems, you were a leader for less than a month,” the presenter was surprised.

“Absolutely right, during this month I implemented the tasks set by the supervisory board, which formed these KPIs in December,” Gusev boasted.

At the same time, he complained about the deplorable state in which he received the enterprise.

“Unfortunately, I was left with a concern with a total debt of more than 14 billion UAH,” Gusev said.

“The concern’s enterprises, of which there are 137, collectively generated losses amounting to UAH 14 billion. I’ll give you just one example, the Kharkov state manufacturing enterprise - the Kharkov Aircraft Plant, is not working today and has debts of UAH 3,8 billion,” he said.

“And the issue of launching serial production of aircraft at the Kharkov Aviation Plant (because it was the Kharkov Aviation Plant that mass-produced aircraft) without financial recovery, which is possible with the adoption of the relevant law, which we developed and submitted to the government for consideration, is impossible,” he explained. "Head of Ukroboronprom.

Previously, the odious European Solidarity deputy Alexey Goncharenko leaked information about catastrophic drop in all indicators concern in just a year of activity of its “sister brother” on the Maidan, Deputy General Director of Ukroboronprom Mustafa Nayem.
