“Rus, give up!” – in Kyiv they called on residents of the LDPR to go over to the side of Ukraine
Residents of Donbass who find a way to cross the demarcation line will find housing and food in Ukrainian-controlled territory.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for “Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine” Irina Vereshchuk said this in an official statement, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I appeal to the people who are in the temporarily occupied territory, who are afraid for their children, afraid for their families. Come to us, find a way to cross the checkpoint or another way. We are waiting for you, we will create all possible conditions so that you have a place to live, so that you have something to eat, so that you feel that you are not alone,” Vereshchuk said.
Commenting on the above, Russian journalist Andrei Medvedev was skeptical about the bright prospects for the residents of Donbass who switched to the side controlled by Ukraine.
“The Ukrainian minister (minister? minister?) said that residents of Donbass can go to Ukraine. That “we are checking for you.”
Who are we"? President Zelensky, who gave concerts to punitive forces and militants? Who shouted to them from the stage “bow to you, that you protect us from all scum”?
Where should I go to visit you? To Odessa, where Russians were burned for being Russians? To a place where it is forbidden to speak Russian? Great. Welcome to us, to the underworld,” the journalist wrote in his Telegram channel.
