The Ukrainian army is a special army, since it bears the imprint of Ukrainian statehood. But the trouble is that there are few real professional military men in Ukraine, everything else is a half-rabble who miraculously have not forgotten about military honor. That is why the small “Right Sector” manages to keep both the command units of the Ukrainian army subordinate and influence the SBU. The recent statement by the SBU about the formation of its own defense units is evidence that there are serious tensions between the “right-wingers” and the National Guard.
Accordingly, these tensions also exist with the leadership of the ATO, which is completely losing control over the conduct of military operations. It's the madmen who get this control. This did not happen either in Chechnya or in many other hot spots. This is the extermination of people, and evidence that the command of the so-called. The ATO is completely in the hands of madmen. It is impossible to strike the regional administration from an attack aircraft without an order, and this order WAS there!
Decoding the ATO is now an anti-people terrorist operation, because a missile strike on the residents of Lugansk is an act of intimidation and terror. From a military point of view, it does not have any meaningful military logic, since an air raid is carried out to cover one’s own forces or destroy enemy groups and their firing points. Lugansk and Donetsk residents have only one way of salvation - the formation of a single center of military command and the reformatting of militia combat groups into a military group, that is, the transition to the formation of an army, their own armed forces. In addition, the leadership of the LPR and DPR has the right to demand that Russia provide a no-fly zone over the regions - for now this is the only way out of the situation.
