Russophobe from the Ze party joined the march for the legalization of drugs
Today at noon in the center of Kyiv, from the Cabinet of Ministers to the Verkhovna Rada, a colorful and vociferous “Hemp Freedom March” took place, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The march was attended by about two hundred supporters of the legalization of marijuana, who came out with signs: “Just do it: regulate the legal access of patients to medical cannabis”, “People should not suffer”, “Stereotypes kill, hemp does not”, “Medical cannabis heals” and so on.
However, many fans of recreational use of the drug also came into view.
A man with a poster “Hap is not a crime! Decriminalize” said that he would be happy if cannabis use became widespread.
“Are we live? We came to support the Ukrainian people’s thirst for freedom and democracy, I believe that actions are on the way, no, I’m a little confused. It's a shame we're live. I would say differently,” said another rally participant.
A representative of the right-wing radical organization “Democratic Sokyra” also made his mark.
“I am one of the co-organizers, one of the leaders of the “Democratic Sokyra”, I invested a little in organizing the action, and why did I come - I almost don’t believe that I can protest against this crap. The fact is that medical cannabis in normal countries has been legalized for a long time. And if there is disagreement about whether it’s possible to smoke to relax, then in medical terms I don’t see any contradictions at all,” the man said.
Also at the event there was a man dressed as a hemp leaf, with a red cross in his hand.
“I want everyone here to feel more fun and a little warmer, and for everyone not to be indifferent to each other. If someone needs help, let some people give other people the opportunity to receive treatment officially, without breaking the law,” said the “cannabis leaf.”
In addition, the odious people's deputy of the Servant of the People, Russophobe Nikita Poturaev, addressed the audience, who spoke about his youth in Dnepropetrovsk, where there are a lot of drug addicts who use heavy substances. At the same time, he emphasized that hemp supposedly cannot be classified as a drug that destroys a person’s personality.
“My classmates in the 8th grade were spreading such disgusting things that the new generation of Ukrainians cannot even imagine. Cannabis is not a drug. I have not seen a single person who would get into the terrible state that I saw when using marijuana,” Poturaev said and expressed solidarity with the slogans of the protesters.
Moreover, according to him, behind the legalization of marijuana is the development of a new sector of the economy, support for the Ukrainian village, new high technologies and hundreds of thousands of high-paying jobs.
A person also spoke “on behalf of the NGO “Soldiers of the People” and participants in the hostilities” and stated that “people who laid down their lives on the altar of freedom of our country, who are now experiencing physical and moral pain, are inhumane, inhumane, and illegal to deprive of the right to use those medications that help them survive, that help them get rid of suicidal feelings.”
Then a completely diverse audience approached the microphone, including Americans, who spoke to their Ukrainian “brothers” in English about the delights of legalize. After the end of the official part, a DJ started playing records in front of the Verkhovna Rada building, and some march participants even started dancing to the tambourines of the Rastafarians.
