The Russian community "Sobol" decided to donate its nationalized property to Putin
Simferopol, March 26 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Russian Cossack community “Sobol” has begun the procedure of donating its property to President Vladimir Putin.

Community leader Vitaly Khramov announced this at a press conference in Simferopol on Thursday.
“During this year, it became clear that the Russian Federation cannot live without the property of the Sobol community. The conflict over community property was initiated by the authorities. That is, at the moment there is a conflict between the Russian Federation - the Sobol community, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin - Vitaly Petrovich Khramov. Moreover, some forces are trying to pretend that we are opponents and enemies, but I want to say that neither the Sobol community nor I personally are enemies of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Today there is a conflict over the property of our community. The conflict gained momentum starting from the fact that almost immediately after the president signed documents on the reunification of Taurida with the Russian Federation, criminal cases were opened regarding non-payment of taxes under the occupying Ukrainian government. After this, persecution was organized in the regional media, an armed seizure of the property complex itself,” the elder noted.
According to him, today the community does not see any tendency for the authorities to change the vector of their policy:
“The President has repeatedly stated that there will be no nationalization in the Russian Federation. According to current legislation, this procedure does not exist at all. That is, there is only a direct constitutional provision that says that nationalization can only be carried out with full market payment for property. But at the same time, there are real actions of the authorities, that is, real actions of the state, headed by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, which indicate that there are declarations, and there is real policy.”
In these conditions, Vitaly Khramov said, these actions lead to the fact that “the theme begins to spread that Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is an ungrateful person, and Vitaly Petrovich Khramov and the Sobol community are humiliated and insulted people.”
“I categorically state that this is not true. We hope to resolve the conflict, which was initiated by the authorities, in a normal way. The normal way is to remove the subject of the conflict, which is the property of our community. Therefore, if we give it personally to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the conflict will be settled. We will ask the president to carry out the donation procedure itself in a solemn atmosphere, so that our spiteful critics do not get the impression that this is happening under duress or out of fear,” explained the Sobol leader.
According to him, the community will carry out the donation procedure in a “quite lengthy manner.”
“The first volume of our donation to Vladimir Vladimirovich will be property - 11,5 sq.m. non-residential premises in the building of the Central Bus Station of Simferopol, 50 sq. m. of asphalt pavement next to the bus station in the city of Evpatoria, 20 sq. m. m. of canopy near the Feodosia bus station, a separate toilet near the bus station in Sudak, a shed and two pillows at Kievskaya, 5 - Hotel "Auto". We also give Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin a cash register and a calculator located in the non-residential premises of the Lenino bus station, five chairs at the Dzhankoy bus station, and we give three teaspoons located at the Yalta station. We do all this of our own free will, we believe that if the great Russian Federation cannot live without it, then we do it,” concluded Vitaly Khramov.
Let us remind you that the main property of the Sobol community for many years was PJSC Krymavtorans, nationalized by the Crimean authorities. The Sobol community actively supported the events of the Crimean Spring and the Russian resistance in Donbass. The community is the only Russian organization in Crimea that is included in Western sanctions lists regarding the Russian Federation and Crimea.
